Try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night. As an athlete this is incredibly important for good recovery, and as a person I honestly can't function on much less.
Best Tactical Advice
I have found that super high cadence intervals help with race-specific fitness, like being able to bridge gaps and accelerate out of corners. They help you get where you need to be in a race.

Some rebuild strength along with a meal, a nap, and plenty of marc-pro time, all within 30 minutes of finishing a workout.
